   One of the best short presentations I’ve seen and heard about designing user behavior. I interviewed B.J. Fogg when he spoke at SES San Francisco and the topic of his keynote address? Triggers.
   

   More startups need to invest heavily in the ATARI model if they expect their idea to take off. I wonder though. How many VCs bother to ask startups about whether or not they have implemented a desire-based engine?

   Too many startups create needs that aren’t necessary instead of actually solving real day to day life problems.
