WP Super Cache gets hung up constantly for people on refreshing preload. It dumps the preload and then stops working.
This has been an issue for near a yeaer for many using multisite, and it has yet to be fixed. So while this video helps, this plugin tends to be inferior for those using multisite and trying to preload.
