   In this video 18:39 that photo took from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Padma_Bridge by Samsung S20+ mobile phone. Padma River and Padma Bridge.

   So, the title should be “Sunset view from Padma Bridge” or “View of the the end of the day from Padma Bridge.”
