How to validate content feedback for the WordPress Training Team

Learn.WordPress.org (Learn WordPress) is the WordPress project’s official learning platform. Learners from all around the world use content on Learn WordPress, and regularly submit feedback to team.

When feedback is submitted, it is first validated. Validators see if the feedback is about an error on the site, a notice about outdated information in the content, or an idea for improvement. They then decide what the best next step of action is and flag the feedback to the appropriate roles in the team.
