Xdebug and local development environments

In this week’s live stream, I attempted, unsuccessfully, to enable Xdebug with the WordPress core local development environment, mostly because I was looking at the wrong documentation. Then I try to get the wordpress-develop code set up for debugging in my personal local development environment with frustrating but eventually successful results.
